Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU for liquid products (hand sanitizer, fragrance mist). For accessories (cases, clips), MOQ is 300 units. For first-time customers testing the market, we can discuss a trial run of 200 units at a slightly higher unit cost.

Absolutely. You can choose from our 200+ ready-made fragrance library (no additional cost) or submit a custom scent brief. Custom fragrance development takes 2–3 weeks and requires a minimum of 2,000 units for the initial run.

Standard production is 25–35 working days after sample approval and artwork confirmation. Rush production (15–20 days) is available for an additional 15% fee. We recommend planning 6–8 weeks from inquiry to delivery for your first order.

Yes. We send 3–5 physical samples with your logo printed. Sample cost is $80–150 (refunded on your first order). Samples ship via DHL/FedEx within 7–10 days of your brief submission.

We currently certify products for USA, EU, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, and GCC countries. We provide all necessary documentation including SDS, CoA, CPNP registration (EU), and FDA facility registration numbers.

Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For repeat customers with good history, we offer net-30 or net-60 terms. We accept T/T wire transfer, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
